David Ng, DPM
Dr. David Ng was raised in Cleveland, OH and now lives in Thousand Oaks. He majored in chemistry and exercise science at the University of Southern California. He attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine and earned his doctorate degree in podiatric medicine in 1996. Afterwards, he completed a residency program at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and a surgical residency program at the Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, California where he served as chief podiatric surgical resident.
Dr. Ng has expert knowledge in treating and resolving a wide spectrum of foot and ankle conditions using conservative non-surgical methods and surgical procedures. He has a passion for resolving painful issues, with surgical intervention considered after conservative care. His practice includes the full scope of podiatric medicine including but not limited to sports medicine, pediatric care, geriatric conditions, diabetic foot care, wound care and multiple conditions involving deformities of the feet.
Dr. Ng is known for his compassionate bedside manner. He spends a sufficient amount of time with each patient while listening to and educating the patient on the cause, treatment, and future prevention of their condition.
Dr. Ng is also an active member of many professional organizations including the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Los Angeles County Podiatric Medical Association. In his personal time, Dr. Ng enjoys biking, fitness training, and quiet time at home with his wife and son.
